1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The bs666 website and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "You" — Any person who holds a registered account on bs666.
• "We" or "bs666" — The organisation that operates the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted in relation to a deposit or as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

These terms are written in Bengali; however, in the event of any conflict with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to use bs666 services:

2.1 Age Requirement

The platform is permitted for use only by persons aged 21 or older. Members must provide their correct date of birth during registration. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one bs666 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses received will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, bs666 reserves the right to close the account. Valid identification may be requested at any time for identity verification.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone and use a strong password. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

3.2 No Account Transfer

A bs666 account is for personal use only. Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule will result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account will be considered inactive if there are no transactions for 180 consecutive days. The balance on an inactive account is retained, but identity verification may be required to reactivate it.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

bs666 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must come from a payment method belonging to the member. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Deposits are generally credited instantly; contact support if there is a delay.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• bs666 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold in the event of a suspicious transaction.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been completed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500.
• A deposit of ৳14,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount only (not the deposit + bonus). For example, to make a ৳1,500 bonus withdrawable, a total of ৳37,500 in bets must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts or false information will be cancelled.
• bs666 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of bs666 is final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games on bs666 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own applicable rules, which can be found within the game interface. If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed. Announced results are considered final and payouts will be determined accordingly.

6.3 Live Casino

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during live casino games, bs666 will determine the outcome of that round based on recorded data. Any objection to a decision must be raised within 48 hours.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and market, and are displayed at the game level. bs666 reserves the right to change these limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using bonuses solely for the purpose of extraction (bonus abuse).
• Claiming a bonus multiple times by using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Misusing another member's account or personal information.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
• Behaving in an offensive or threatening manner towards platform staff.
• Providing false identification or information.

Any breach of the above rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by bs666

bs666 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Repeated or serious bonus abuse.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

A member may request account closure at any time through support. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Balance After Closure

Any remaining balance on a legitimately closed account (if applicable and where no breach has occurred) will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

bs666 aims to provide service 24 hours a day but is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical maintenance or unforeseen events. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Some of the games and content displayed on the platform are supplied by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe). bs666 is not directly liable for technical issues originating from those providers.

9.3 Gaming Losses

Losing money in gaming is a normal part of the risk involved. bs666 does not guarantee any specific outcome and is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming.
